This adorable studio house been professionally designed with midcentury vintage furniture and it has a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy five private acres with views in every direction from every window with local mountains on the horizon. You will be at the very edge of Southern California, and this is the best stargazing spot in the area while still being only 15-20 minutes from shops and restaurants in 29 Palms. We are only 20 minutes from the north entrance to the park. This is the best location to have proximity to the national park with space, tranquility, and seclusion in the high desert. This is perfect for a couples getaway, or for a small family. There is a lively cultural scene of musicians and artists who call this place home. The town of Joshua Tree is 30 minutes down the highway. Two and a half acres are gated, we also own the acreage to the north of the property. Other things to note Your safety is a priority, and we have two exterior cameras facing the entrance the property, and the front door. This cabin is semi-off grid. We are not connected to city water, and it is on septic. There is a water tank in the back yard, but we ask that you are mindful of water use. There are no pets allowed. This area isn't really safe for pets. There are rattlesnakesa and coyotes that wander through this area. There is no TV, however, there is wifi and cell service. There is no dishwasher - dishes need to be washed by hand. There is a $20 per day charge to charge your electric vehicle. Please notify us beforehand if you plan on charging your car. We have a projector and movie screen and while the set-up is a tad technical, we have a video tutorial we can send you if you'd like. You would watch movies from your device on the projector, or from the roku. There is a small charcoal BBQ and a firepit, please bring your own wood and charcoal.
