Riverfront Home in Blanchetown

Located on the banks of the beautiful River Murray at Blanchetown just 1.5 hours from Adelaide where you will enjoy the spectacular cliff and river views along with the majestic old gum trees right at your front door. Unwind relax and take in the views from the upstairs deck or make the most of the private pontoon for all your boating, water sports and fishing fun. The whole property is yours to use and enjoy including lockable boat shed large enough to house a wake boat. The space Enjoy your riverside escape in our modern 5 bedroom home, comfortably sleeping 12 people in total. Upstairs consists of the main living area, outdoor deck & 5 bedrooms with the master suite having river views & an ensuite. The 4 remaining bedrooms are located at the rear of the house along with a powder room. There is also a family bathroom downstairs with, toilet, shower, bathtub, vanity and washing machine. You will enjoy comfort all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning to all bedrooms and living area. Fully equipped kitchen with basic staples provided as well as downstairs outdoor area with an additional fridge and a BBQ. All linen is supplied including bed linen, towels & tea towels but please bring your own outdoor towels for river activities etc. Instantaneous gas hot water system with temperature control so no running out of hot water! Enjoy fishing skiing and more from out large pontoon which is large enough for two boats to comfortably tie up. We also have 3 kayaks available for guest use & some life jackets, but we recommend bringing your own if you have them for the best fit. We also have a fire pit available to use for winter months. Please note firewood is not supplied. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house & yard which backs onto the river with private pontoon. There are no fences between the property and neighbouring properties, however please respect the boundary and stay within our backyard & riverfront. Note: The width of the lawn is the width of our property.
