The property has direct river frontage, with its own pontoon to moor your boat or jet ski. The spacious front decking is the place to be to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the sunrise, or to unwind at the end of your day with a wine in hand to take in the stunning sunsets. There are many attractions in and around Nildottie, that include the International Dark Sky Reserve, Historical aboriginal board walk around Nildottie cliffs, Punyelroo caves & local dirt bike tracks only a kilometre away. Swan Reach and Walker Flat are 10 minutes away in each direction for ferry access, general store, bottle shop & fuel supplies.
