Only a ‘drop, nip and a lunch’ away from top wineries & distilleries - Lot 100, Howards, The Lane, Bird in Hand, Ambleside - 30 minutes from Adelaide, 10 from Hahndorf. For your first morning with us - a special Wandering Hill welcome - a large mixing bowl filled with all you need to cook up a fresh batch of pancakes with maple syrup. Fresh local fruits from our local producers at Green Valley Strawberries and Balhannah Apple Shed are also included. 🛏️ Bedrooms Master Suite: Features a luxurious King bed dressed in hotel quality linen, a cosy nook perfect for a quiet coffee at the start of the day, curling up with a book on a winters day or a enjoying an evening glass of wine from the nearby cellar doors. The huge private ensuite takes the sanctuary vibes to the next level with a relaxing rain shower, quality Sukin toiletries, fluffy white towels and plenty of natural light. 3 Queen Bedrooms: Each includes a plush Queen bed, all with crisp hotel quality linens, an abundance of pillows, and built-in sliding wardrobes for convenient hanging and storage. Bedside lamps and easy to access powerpoints for chargers are available in each room. The Twin Bedroom: A peaceful space with two long single beds (length the same as that of a king bed), both with quality mattresses and linen. Perfect as the designated ‘kids room’ or for members of your group who might be happy to share a room but are happiest in their own bed. The desk/workspace is also located in this room. 🛁 Main Bathroom A well-appointed three-way bathroom means your group avoids the morning line up. A generously sized, high-pressure shower and a separate bath are perfect to relax and soothe after a long day. Quality Sukin toiletries and fluffy white towels are available for guest use. 💻 Work & Study Need to get some work done? The walk in robe and linen cupboards are also inaccessible. Please do not attempt to open any cupboards which are locked. Guest access Entry is via smart lock, offering seamless check-in at any time of day or night. The entire house, excluding the garage and some internal storage cupboards is booked exclusively by guests, you will not be sharing with anyone other than those in your group. Other things to note Our property is located on a usually quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. Children from surrounding houses do enjoy coming together in the street to play ball games and ride bikes. Of course that brings with it noise, action and maybe even balls bouncing on a car. We love this about our neighbourhood but if it’s not for you, you may decide to book elsewhere.
