Bonus Sleeping Space (Den | Single Story | Sleeper Sofa): A separate den with a sleeper sofa gives you extra flexibility—perfect for kids, teens, or an extra pair of guests who want their own hangout zone. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You’ll have 2 full bathrooms, each featuring a tub/shower combo and single vanity—easy for families and groups. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and all essentials so you can settle in right away. ☆☆ KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS ☆☆ The kitchen is set up for real-life cooking and effortless mornings with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, plus a blender, waffle iron, pots/pans, and utensils. Start your day with the drip coffee maker, then gather around the dining table seating for 8 for breakfast plans or dinner together. Unwind in the living room, or spread out in the separate den—a perfect second lounge space that doubles as sleeping space with the sleeper sofa. You’ll have two outdoor tables with seating for 8, outdoor lighting, and a BBQ grill for cookouts. The fenced turf yard makes it simple for kids to play while you relax and keep an eye on the fun. Parking: 2-car driveway plus street parking available. (Garage is not available for guest use.) NO PETS This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $6 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.
