House with private pool and garden with mountain view

Charming villa with fully private swimming pool and garden, facing south. Fenced garden ensuring safety for children and car. Unobstructed view of the Canigou. Spacious house, about 150 m2, perfect for a family stay, up to 6 or 7 people. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed of 160 cm, toilet, bathroom (bathtub plus shower), kitchen, dining room, living room. Upstairs 1 bedroom 3 single beds 80 cm, Closed garage with shower and toilet. The space Spacious and bright house that opens onto a large living room, living room and dining room (large table, TV, stereo, piano, children's play area...) The kitchen is functional and fully equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, steam cooker, etc.) A long corridor serves the 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and dressing rooms, the bathroom, the toilet to finish on an access to the garage from the inside. Each room on the ground floor provides access to the garden or terrace through large French windows. Upstairs, you will find an office area on the landing of the mezzanine, a last bedroom with 3 single beds. The adjoining flower garden goes all around the house. At the entrance, a private parking lot allows you to park cars. The garden also has a dining area sheltered from the sun by a trellis, a terrace in the shade under a pergola with a large table and finally a children's play area (swings/slide). And to refresh you, the pool surrounded by safety barriers. Its dimensions: 10 meters by 4 meters and depth 0.80 to 2 meters. The exterior is spacious and conducive to long and pleasant evenings. The interior is cool even in summer. All around walks from the house, rivers and lake nearby. Panoramic views, to discover. The house is located in a charming quiet and sunny village with stunning views of the Pyrenees (the Canigou). Only 5 km from Prades, you can access all amenities (shops, markets (Tuesdays), cinema, swimming pool, and good restaurants that we can recommend to discover our regional culinary specialties.) Our valley has real tourist attractions whatever the season: On the sports and nature side, you can enjoy many marked hiking and mountain biking trails. The best known is the Canigou loop, but there are plenty of others such as the Bouillouses lakes, Camporeils in Cerdagne and Capcir, or the Costa Brava. There are also departures for walks from our village. For swimming in summer there is a choice: Lake Vinça (10 minutes by car), the river or the Mediterranean Sea 40 km away. There are also the Saint Thomas thermal hot springs 30 minutes away by car. In winter, the ski resorts are 1 hour by car. From a cultural point of view, Prades is known for its Pau Casals music festival (in July and August) in St Michel de Cuxa. A little higher up in the valley, Villefranche de Conflent, this medieval village with Vauban fortifications, has a remarkable architectural heritage. Perpignan (45 minutes by car) the city of the "center of the world" is also worth visiting, in summer many events take place there (theater, music, shows...) We should also note our proximity to Spain (1h) and Andorra (1h45). Guest access In the house, 2 rooms will be closed. They are not included in the description. Other things to note Noisy evenings and private parties are not possible, out of respect for the neighborhood.
