Set on 16 acres of farmland, the home features three comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and thoughtful extras like an extensive book collection and vinyl records to make you feel truly at home. Relax on the spacious covered deck overlooking the ocean, or unwind in the lush garden. Swim or kayak a short stroll down to the beach — 2 kayaks provided — or enjoy peaceful beach walks. The space Access is via an unsealed sugar cane access road off Volivoli Road — a 4WD or high-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended. If you're arriving by public transport, we’re happy to arrange a pick-up from Rakiraki town (approximately 15 minutes away). Please remember to bring all necessary food supplies with you upon check-in, as shops are not nearby. Guest access The 16 acre is all yours to enjoy as you wish! Other things to note Tea, coffee, and basic condiments are supplied. Onsite housekeeper, tours, massages, and local activities can be arranged on request. For stays of 6 nights or more a mid stay clean and linen change will be provided.
