Apartment with a view of Brunate

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. Completely renovated fifth floor of a quiet building right above the bus stop that leads to Como centre, overlooking the wonderful mountains of Brunate. You will be staying right inside my current residence, so literally… my home is like your home! I love it in every detail and I ask you to respect it just as if it were your own. The space It has a beautiful balcony to enjoy the sunset on cool summer evenings. It is located in the centre of Olgiate Comasco, on the city's main street. Piadineria, pizzeria and ice cream parlour nearby as well as a pharmacy and medical guard. The location is very convenient, also for public transport, there is a bus stop in front and a bar that sells tickets. Free parking very close. The apartment has been recently renovated, with excellent quality finishes. Heating is centralized. There is a double bed (in the photo, in the bedroom) and the sofa that serves as a double bed, which will be opened or not depending on your needs. You can access any area of the house, except for some doors of a large closet where the cleaning products for the apartment are stored. The kitchen is complete with all utensils, sheets, towels and placemats are included in the stay (offered at the beginning of the stay, for additional replacement sets there is a supplement). We have an air fryer but not the oven. Our coffee machine is a moka pot. A garage for a medium/small car can be provided on request and in advance (to be paid separately) We do not have a hot/cold air conditioner. We only have central heating. Other things to note The apartment is located exactly above the bus stop that leads both in the direction of Como and towards Varese. You can easily reach both centers of the respective cities. Parking around the property is almost all free with a time limit. Near the market pitch it is possible to stop at no cost (3 min walk) except on market days. Dishwasher and washing machine available for guest use. Cleaning supplies not included. Our TV is a smart monitor, we do not have digital terrestrial. You need to have Nexflix/Prime/Raukouten subscriptions to watch it. Consider this detail if you're a TV lover. It is possible to have a parking space upon request at an extra cost inside the property, it is private and suitable for medium-small cars. 10 euros per night to be paid separately.
