The space is equipped with brand new appliances, modern furniture and 5 stars hotel amenities. The house has a spacious living room, which offers open concept with dining room. There is a TV and a sofa bed, perfect if you are brining extra guests. There is a dining room where you can enjoy a drink or a dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your own meals, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils, and everything you need for an amazing meal. Coffee, tea, sugar, stevia, creamer, salt, and pepper are included. You will also find the laundry room along with laundry pods for your convenience. In the same space you will find a game room equipped with the necessary to spend a nice time with family and friends., as well as a cocktail table and stools if you prefer to have some drinks and a good conversation with loved ones. Outdoor area- you will find a private heated pool (heating available upon request, 72 hours notice minimum) perfect to enjoy year-round as well as sun lungers to enjoy the sunny days of Florida. A BBQ area ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings. NO MARIJUANA – STRICTLY ENFORCED Smoking marijuana is NOT allowed anywhere on this property. Other things to note CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, a message with the door code at Check- In day will be sent. You can check in anytime after 3:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in one of the spaces in front of the property. Please note that there is a separate house on the property, also listed on Airbnb. We kindly ask guests to use only their designated parking area, and to be mindful of shared spaces(driveway entrance), helping ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone on the property. LAUNDRY: You may access to the laundry passing the sliding door. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. If barbecue is not cleaned after use, an additional fee of $60 will be applied. WATER FILTER: The home comes with a water purification system so you can enjoy clean and pure water throughout the house. SMOKING AREA: There is a designated smoking area in the backyard. Smoking is only allowed in this part of the house and its not permitted anywhere else on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $500 smoking fee.
