Welcome to our home in Teddington, close to Richmond, Bushy Park, the Thames, cafés, restaurants and trains into London. We’re Natasha and Egor, the couple behind The INVITED. We renovated this house for ourselves, with good beds, soft light, natural materials, a kitchen for long mornings, space for children to play, and a garden to step into. Life took us to a different location— so now we’re happy to open the door to guests and share the home we once imagined for ourselves. The space This is the home we made for our own family, so it has a more personal feeling than a standard rental. It is a three-storey Victorian townhouse with generous light, oak floors, warm natural tones and a calm, lived-in rhythm. The spaces are easy to use: mornings around the kitchen island, children moving between rooms and garden, someone working quietly from the front room or annexe, everyone finding their own corner by the end of the day. Inside, you’ll find: • Four bedrooms across the house and garden annexe • Two king bedrooms with crisp linen and layered pillows • Children’s room with two single beds and a cot • Front room that can be used as a bedroom, study or home office • Garden annexe with single bed and en-suite shower room • Three bathrooms plus a downstairs WC • Principal en-suite with bath, wet room and underfloor heating • Open kitchen, living and dining space • Quartz kitchen island with bar seating • Bosch appliances and a full kitchen for proper cooking • Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV • Dedicated desk spaces for working from home • Washer and dryer • Private garden with mature bamboo screening • Hidden sandpit under the decking for children • Resident parking available by request • Self check-in with a smart lock It has the feeling we always hoped for in a family home — warm, easy, full of light, and lovely to come back to after a day out. 📍 Location The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Teddington, a leafy part of southwest London close to Richmond, Bushy Park, Hampton Court Palace and the Thames. You have local cafés, restaurants, shops and a weekly farmers’ market nearby, while central London is still easy to reach by train. The current listing notes trains to Clapham Junction in around 27 minutes and Waterloo in around 35 minutes, plus good access to Heathrow, the M3, M25 and M4. It works especially well for: • Families relocating to London • Longer family stays • Parents with children • Guests visiting Richmond, Teddington or Hampton Court • Work trips where people need proper space • Remote working stays • Guests travelling with a dog • Families between homes • Visiting relatives nearby • Guests who want London access without staying in the middle of the city You can walk to parks, cafés and the river, spend the day in central London, then come back to a proper home with space, privacy and a garden. Guest access Guests have private use of the whole house and garden, including the garden annexe. Check-in is simple with a smart lock, so you can arrive independently. The house is arranged over three floors, with stairs between levels. Other things to note The house was fully renovated in 2025 and has underfloor heating with room-by-room thermostats. Resident parking may be available on request and needs at least 7 days’ notice. The house is dog-friendly only. Sorry, no cats due to allergy reasons. For the security of our guests, there are CCTV cameras outside the property.
