Description Hi! Thanks for clicking on this listing! We have an awesome travel trailer! This is 2022 Forrest River Wildwood 27RK Travel Trailer. Our location is between Tampa and Orlando. This rental is ideal for folks who are moving to Florida, college students, working professionals, short-time stays and folks who are curious about RV living. This RV is located on 0.25 acres in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. The RV comes equipped with kitchen, bedroom, and camp necessities. The space This is a brand new travel trailer. It comes completely stocked and ready for your next adventure. The only thing we recommend is bringing your food and drinks. We will provide you a list of what we have in the camper so you know what you may need to bring. Kitchen: The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and a coffee maker. We supply hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, paper plates and complimentary coffee. Your rental includes 2 propane tanks free of charge. Bedroom: We also supply blankets, pillows, bed linens, and towels. All the bedding has been cleaned and will come made and ready. We understand that some folks prefer to bring their own bedding and sheets, which is completely understandable. Bathroom: Large 24” x 40” walk-in shower with hooks to hang personal items. RV safe toilet paper is included in your rental free of charge. Outside: The RV has an outdoor kitchen with griddle, fridge, and gas(gas is provided free of charge in your rental. LED lighting, awning, outdoor speakers, and outdoor shower. Guests will enjoy a dedicated WiFi connection, weekly laundry service (provided by us for weekly rentals), and access to our Weber Grill (for weekly rentals). Your RV has a full electric hookup for your convenience. Please note: We empty our RV grey and black tanks every 3 days for any rental one week or more. This is a free service that comes with your rental. Firepit and camp essentials are included with this listing. We offer camp chairs, tables and firewood. Is there any hot water? Of course! It's the same setup like in your house. Turn on any cold or hot water faucet and enjoy! There is a hot water heater switch that allows you instant access to hot water. 2. Will I run out of water? No! We have a city water connection that allows you to have unlimited water use. 3. How do I check the black and grey tanks? The black tank is waste from the bathroom. The grey tank is waste from everywhere else except the bathroom. On the control panel, there is a black tank and grey tank button. Just push them and let us know when they reach 2/3 full. It's best practice to keep both the black and grey tanks empty. We drain the black and grey tanks every 2 to 3 days. 4.Can I leave the A/C on even when your not there? Of course, we encourage our guests to keep the A/C unit on. It is ideal to leave the A/C on to fully optimize the RV for your desired temperature. There is a seperate guest entrance which can accomodate your personal vehicle. Guests will have access to a dedicated WiFi connection. 24 hours prior to your check-in, you will be issued a code for your lockbox and the keys to your unit will be available. Other things to note The listing is protected by security cameras, smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector. Weekly rentals come with weekly laundry service and access to our weber grill.
