Small room with adjoining bathroom in our new building

We offer our guest room with adjoining guest bathroom in our new building. We live in a quiet residential area on a quiet street. We are my husband and I (35 and 34 years old), our two children (9 and 5) and our dog (Labrador, 3). We are sometimes a little lively, but that should not affect you in your separate room on the first floor, because our children and we sleep upstairs. If you don't mind hustle and bustle, you are very welcome. The space The house is operated with a central living space ventilation with heat recovery. So you don't have to open the window, especially in the bathroom after showering, it is enough to leave the door slightly open. During your stay My husband and I work, but I am home a full day and most afternoons.
