The house includes 1 double bed and sofa bed, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating. We also have a Kosmosis water purifier. Close to the Vía Verde and villages such as Setenil. The experience is automatic (check-in with code). Vive Alivia. The space Bedrooms and Beds: The house has a bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living area. Bathroom: There is a full bathroom. Towels are provided on the bed and blankets on the middle floor. Kitchen: It has a kitchen equipped with a portable stove, microwave, coffee maker and popcorn machine. Entertainment and Comfort: The house has Wi-Fi and a work area. For leisure, there is a projector with HDMI and built-in Bluetooth speaker. Climate control: It has air conditioning/heating. Guest access Check-in is automatic. Before your arrival, we will provide you with a personalized code to access the house, which will be valid only during your stay. Other things to note Purified Water: We have a Kosmosis device that purifies water by removing impurities and microplastics; pure water is available in the auxiliary tap next to the sink. Books: The house has a book system: you can read, leave or exchange books freely. If you take one, we ask that you leave another in return. Key Rules: -No pets allowed. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house (only on the terrace). - Quiet hours and moderate volume after 11:00 PM. - Please turn off lights, air and heating when leaving. Parking: The street is very narrow; we recommend stopping at the corner to unload and then parking on nearby streets such as Calle Arias or Calle Vieja.
