The space The apartment is located in one of the most practical and in-demand areas of Arroyo Frío, ideal for enjoying the Sierra de Cazorla without the need for a car for day-to-day use. A few minutes' walk away you'll find: Supermarkets and shops within a 5-minute walk, perfect for quick shopping. Bars and restaurants in the immediate surroundings, with local cuisine, game meats and pleasant terraces. Bakeries and cafes nearby for hassle-free breakfast. The house is a duplex distributed on two floors, with two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, and the other with a trundle bed for two people. Split heating and air conditioning. There is a fireplace, a community pool, two floors with a modern and warm design. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for families. We also have a private parking space. Autonomous entry to the apartment by electronic lock, with a code. We'll send you the instructions the day before your arrival. Everything at hand to enjoy the Natural Park. Upon arrival, you can park in the assigned space and enter comfortably. Other things to note A few days before your arrival, you'll receive a message through Airbnb so you can complete online check-in and guest registration. This procedure is mandatory according to the regulations in Spain, and you must do it so that we can send you the access codes to the apartment. Without this registration we will not be able to give you access to the apartment, please check your messages before your arrival.
