This is normal for the area and not considered a cleanliness issue. While we do our best to minimize encounters, it is impossible to guarantee a 100% insect-free environment in the tropics. Pool Disclaimer Please note that the pool is maintained and cleaned regularly from Monday through Friday. However, due to the property’s location on a hill, it is often exposed to windy conditions. Additionally, the pool is surrounded by trees, which may cause leaves and natural debris to occasionally fall into the water between scheduled cleanings. This is a natural occurrence related to the environment and not a reflection of cleanliness or maintenance standards.
