The space The house has a first floor converted into an independent studio apartment, private entrance. fully equipped with its own kitchen, full spacious bathroom and dining spaces. A new infinity type pool is yours to enjoy 24/7. Wifi and strong hotspot signal from nearby T-mobile tower. Ideal for the solo traveler or couple looking for creative relaxation. House is surrounded by 50 acres of tropical nature. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. For an art experience an outdoor art studio is available with easels, brushes and acrylic paints provided at no cost. (Canvas $10) You can also purchase your own canvas in town at the art store or Walmart. If you're interested in exploring beaches in the area, I'm available and would be more than happy to act as your tour guide, (may cost you a lunch). Hikers and photographers will have a feast here. Guest access With this studio apt you'll have your own carport and private washer/dryer. Access to pool 100%. Hikers can explore anywhere and everywhere. For an art experience an art studio is available. Acrylic paints and easels provided at no costs. Art lessons available for a modest cost. Food delivery up until 9 pm.
