Guests must keep all doors closed at all times to prevent insects, reptiles, birds, or other animals from entering the villa. While outdoors, guests may encounter lizards, insects, birds, and other wildlife native to the area. The Owner and Host assume no responsibility for any incidents, injuries, or damages resulting from contact with wildlife or natural elements. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being while on the premises. The use of all outdoor areas, including but not limited to walking trails, bridges, river areas, pools, and any swimming or recreational activities, is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The Owner and Host shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damages occurring during the stay. For the proper care and safety of the property, guests agree to turn off all kitchen appliances and equipment after use and to wash and properly store all dishes, cookware, and utensils used during their stay. At check-out, guests must turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and electrical equipment. No gatherings or parties allowed. The property can be rented for these matters but is booked with a different rate. The property is inspected before and after every stay. All furniture, appliances, décor, equipment, and any personal belongings provided in the villa must remain inside the property at all times and may not be removed. Any missing, damaged, or removed items will be charged to the guest. By confirming a reservation and staying at this property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these rules and accept full responsibility for their actions and safety during their stay.
