Bright and spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking Galway Bay. Directly opposite the beach. Only a few minutes walk from Salthill village with it’s vibrant mix of pubs, café’s and independent shops. Galway city center is a 15-20 min walk, 5 min drive or short bus ride. Allocated parking space in secure underground car park (also secure bike parking). Lift/elevator to all floors including car park. The space This is a one bedroom apartment set up to comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress and a set of bunk beds and there is a fold out memory foam sofa bed in the main room. The main room has seating and dining facilities for 6 and a large picture window looking out to the balcony, with amazing views of the beach and sea. There is a small kitchen off the main room with dishwasher, washer dryer and everything you would expect including some basic supplies. 500mbps fibre broadband, smart TV (Amazon Fire TV), blackout curtains in all rooms. Guest access The apartment is easy to get to by car or public transport. It is a distinctive building on the seafront that's easy to find and there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away. There’s plenty in walking distance including Salthill prom, Salthill village, Mutton Island, the Famine Memorial park and Blackrock, all 5-10 mins. The Westend, Latin Quarter and Claddagh areas are about 15 mins and Eyre Square about 20 mins walk. There are two parks either side of the building, one of which has a large children's play area and outdoor exercise equipment. Other things to note The apartment is set up for 4 adults and 2 children and can easily accommodate 6 adults, but it might be a bit of a squeeze. Sorry pets are not allowed in the building by the management company. Disabled access - there is level access from both the car park and main entrance and a lift/elevator to all floors. However there are self closing fire doors in the hallway which may cause problems.
