This family accommodation is close to all sites and amenities: 5 km from the beaches of Empuriabrava and Roses, 15 minutes from Figueres and the Dali Museum, 45 minutes from Girona and its old town (Game of Thrones set), 45 minutes from the volcanic area of La Garrotxa, 1 hour from Barcelona... and in the heart of the village of Castello d'Empuries, a county town with a rich architectural heritage. The space The property has two entrances: From the bottom, which gives direct access to the kitchen and the vaulted room. The other entrance is through the Alfons XIII career, which gives direct access to both floors and the roof terrace. Of course, all the rooms in the house communicate with each other. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a double bed; a children's bedroom with a single bed and a mezzanine with two beds for children between 5 and 10 years old; A bedroom with a double bed of 140. These three bedrooms overlook a common area with a sofa and board games. This floor has no air conditioning but has fans. There is also a bathroom with toilet. The house can be rented for a maximum of 12 people, but for more comfort, we recommend 10 people. The house also has a shower room on the top floor, a laundry room with a washing machine, a 3rd toilet close to the kitchen and a large entrance. The house is built high up, which gives it a view of the Bay of Roses. On the other hand, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, even if both entrances are on the ground floor. Guest access The house does not have private parking, but the village offers many parking areas within 5 minutes, including one just behind the house.
