Perfect for couples, families or friends seeking a relaxed coastal escape close to beaches, nature & Sandringham. The space The following amenities are provided for your convenience. GROUND FLOOR LOUNGE: The lounge is attractively furnished with a smart TV (including Netflix and Amazon Prime), sofa, log burner, armchairs, footstool, occasional tables and bespoke lighting. Free Wi-Fi is available. KITCHEN: The property boasts a fully fitted kitchen with sink, oven/hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Bosch Tassimo pod coffee machine. A full set of crockery, cutlery, cookware and cooking utensils are available. A stable door offers access to the rear garden. DINING: A separate dining room consists of a wooden table and four chairs with a useful serving arch connecting to the adjacent kitchen. LORDS AND LADIES (BATHROOM): The large contemporary bathroom has a shower cubicle with drench shower, bath with hand shower, bespoke vanity unit with washbasin and WC. PORCH: The front entrance porch offers coat hooks and boot storage. STAIRS: The two short flights of traditional stairs reflect the period of the cottage, so please take extra care when using these and fully supervise young children. HEATING: Heating is provided by modern electric storage units which the owner can control remotely via wi-fi ready for your stay. Additional instructions are provided in the property. FIRST FLOOR FORGET ME NOT (FRONT BEDROOM): Features a King-sized brass bed, built in wardrobe with hangers, drawer unit with hot brush mat, easy chair, bedside cabinets/lamps and a hairdryer. SEA HOLLY (REAR BEDROOM): Features a wooden single bed with the option of a further pull-out full size single bed unit which can be used separately or joined to create a super king bed, along with wall hanging storage space. For small children a travel cot, highchair and toys are available on request. LANDING: The landing area has been utilized to provide office space if required consisting of a desk and swivel chair along with electrical/USB connections. The free Wi-Fi is accessible from this area. EXTERNAL SPACES FRONT: To the front of the property is off-road parking via a large gravel drive off Station Road complete with dedicated EV socket and a small seating area. REAR: The rear garden offers an outside dining table and chairs with festoon lighting along with an artificial lawn area for relaxing or play. The garden is fully enclosed with wooden fencing and a bolted hand gate to the rear for access to the wheely bins. OUTHOUSE: A wooden outhouse houses a laundry room consisting of a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Only adults are permitted in this area as the outhouse also contains maintenance equipment and chemicals. GENERAL: All linen and towels are provided along with shampoo and shower gel. Your four legged friends are also welcome, one well behaved dog is allowed. WELCOME PACK: To enhance your stay we provide a ‘Welcome Pack” of Norfolk Tea bags, local bakery sourdough loaf, Norfolk homemade jams/honey, milk, coffee & coffee discs for all guests. Stay 3+ nights also receive a homemade cake & stay 6+ nights also receive Norfolk apple juice and Norfolk biscuits or fudge. DOG: We allow one well behaved dog and request that you respect our dog rules. For your four-legged friends we provide Norfolk produced dog treats along with bedding & bowls.
