House in Rostov for recreation in the style of sports and barbecue

Our apartments are located in the most ancient city of the south of Russia. The windows of the house offer beautiful views of the Don River Delta. With Rostov Arena, the city of Azov is connected by a bypass highway, which allows you to overcome the distance of 28 km ( from the house to the Rostov Arena) in 20-25 minutes. In the courtyard of the house , in the shady garden, there is a beautifully decorated barbecue area with a wood gazebo. Mini basketball court and table tennis. There is a common room with two comfortable sofas, as well as a mini gym .
