Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 5-7 days (depending on card used), the security hold will be released and recaptured each 5-7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: Two (2) parking spaces in the driveway (one covered by carport, one uncovered). Public street parking is available on Orange St. All are offered free of charge to guests.
