BEACH: The apartment is one block from the sea! Less than 2 minutes away is Balneário's central beach. LOCATION: It is located between Avenida Atlântica and Avenida Brasil - the two main avenues of the city, that is, close to everything! Close to all shopping facilities: great restaurants, bakeries, shops, supermarkets... TOTALLY RENOVATED AND DECORATED (Dec/17). The space > A suite with a queen-size bed. > A bedroom with a double bed. > A bedroom with two single beds. > Two bathrooms (one in the suite and one in the hallway). > Fully renovated kitchen, featuring: refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, hood, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and all necessary kitchen utensils. > Living and dining room. > Barbecue grill. > 1 parking space. > Cable TV in the living room and suite. > Wi-Fi > Washing Machine The apartment is on the fifth floor, accessible by elevators. The rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi access. A ROTATING parking space in the building. The building has no doorman. The main entrance is accessed via tag and the garage gate has remote control. Other things to note A contract must be signed at check-in. The following information must be provided in advance: full name, marital status, RG, CPF (or passport) and address. Our apartment is pet friendly (small)! We charge an extra 20 reais for cleaning. And if they damage anything, we'll send the repair costs after check-out. We also ask you to be careful when moving around the building, keep the PET on your lap and only use the service elevator.
