The respectful host lives above and is happy to assist while prioritizing your space and privacy. Guest access You will have access to the entire basement apartment you’ll have your private entrance and it’s not shared with anyone. You’ll have access to the bathroom attached and have your own unit laundry. Other things to note I have a resident kitty cat, a Siamese cat named sushi and she is responsible to keep the mice away! Lots of mice up here! She is not allowed in the lower apartment level you are staying in. Keep in mind in the mountains there’s lots of bugs. I have professional pest control services with human and pet friendly chemicals but if you sight bugs from time to time, it’s just part of the experience and it doesn’t mean that it’s not clean. Make sure to keep the screen door closed at all times and that will prevent bugs from coming inside. It’s definitely not out of hand, but I wanted to make sure to disclose that aspect of living in the mountains! Please let me know if you need anything and I’m happy to help. If you are traveling with a dog, I am pet friendly however I do not allow pets on furniture and you’re promising to leave. No sign that there was an animal on site. This means that you must use whatever means necessary to remove any animal hair and Clean Up after your pet outside.
