You have a dedicated parking spot directly out front and can use the Hot Tub as well, which is always kept hot and clean! Large grassy yard. Patio seating with a heater and fire pit. The full-time owners live upstairs and would love to say hello, but generally keep to themselves. We provide two white noise machines to ensure tranquility during later hours,s although the owners upstairs are very quiet. Club Mud is the onsite Pottery & Ceramics studio and store located on the property in the adjacent building! Other things to note Locals must message before booking. Children must always be supervised by an adult on the property, especially in the hot tub. Utah has a high desert climate, and as such, there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes, such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. Note: The residents upstairs have a friendly dog. From time to time, you may hear the sound of the dog going in and out of the house. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest!
