Cozy one bedroom Elkhorn/Sun Valley condo

Spacious studio retreat with separate bedroom across the street from Elkhorn pool, hot tub and racquet courts. Free bus just outside unit to take you to Dollar Mtn or River Run Lodge. Extensive bike and walk/jog trails. The space The space Cozy serene condo conveniently located on the ground floor boasting a full kitchen (no dw), a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, tv and full bath. Not a smart tv so guests may want to bring Roku stick etc. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building on the 2nd floor. There is a heated covered garage with free parking-one space. Extra tall vehicles such as sprinter vans cannot fit. This is a small condo. It is 387 square feet with a separate bedroom with closet separated by a folding door panel. There is no AC but stays relatively cool. Other things to note: Rules -the condo association strictly forbids dogs -smoking is not permitted within the units, on decks or in common areas -quiet hours start at 10pm -no parties Guest access You will be just across the street from the Elkhorn complex with its Olympic size pool, hot tub, tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts. Open usually from the Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day but please confirm with management if questions. You will have access to this facility and the Harker pool and courts with the guest amenity passes which will be emailed to you for the dates of your stay. Access to the underground parking garage is off Village Way. There is a small parking lot in front which is not for overnight parking. Only park in the underground garage and you will need to display the parking pass(located in the studio) visibly. During the busy season, if you come late at night and the garage is full, you can park in any garage in Elkhorn Village but display the pass. There is a public bus stop across the street-the bus is free, comes every 20 minutes, equipped with ski racks. It will take you downtown to Ketchums restaurants and shops and to all the valley ski resorts.
