It has all the facilities you would expect: free wifi, air conditioning, fireplace, entertainment system, arcade games, comfortable queen and king sized beds w/down pillows and comforters, bathrooms with both shower and a tub. Master King BR $50/extra upon request & has personal belongings in room.If less than 2 nights $50/night xtra. $15.per person over 4. The kitchen is a chefs dream! This gourmet kitchen has lots of counter space, commercial fridge, convection/microwave, commercial-grade stove, oven & warming tray. Need to use a match to light the gas stove top. (not a self ignitor) There are two entertaining areas inside, one with a table that seats 4, the other with a table that seats 8-10. There is entertaining area outside on the back patio complete with a gas bbq or charcoal An area to lounge or relax. We have kayaks and paddle boards available for rent at $25 per day. Please let us know if you would like to rent them and we will leave them out for you. The house is non-smoking, but you can smoke outside (please make sure the doors and windows are closed). We are following the CDC guidelines as far as the disinfection and cleanliness of property. We also have a HEPA air purifier to use between guests. You are our number one priority in keeping everyone safe. Please stay home if you are experiencing symptoms or have a fever. Ample parking, and room for a trailer if you plan to bring your boat or jet skis. There is easy access to the docking ramp nearby to dock your boat or jet skis for an awesome day on the Lake. As you exit home go left and down the hill to the lake/dock. Many outdoor amenities include, Gas and Charcoal BBQ's, Corn Hole Guests will have access to the kitchen and living areas, plus the two bedrooms (one with a Queen &n other King sized bed). If you require the use of the third bedroom, the Master with attached bathroom (If no guests, we stay in that room, so more personal belongings in that room) it's $80 extra per stay per night. Other things to note We are pet friendly, and charge an additional $150 per pet, per stay. Extra person fee (above 4) is $25 per day. Late or early check in for an additional charge if available for a $50. fee. Additional $75. fee for single day bookings. There is an onsite RV to the side of the house where we stay if we are in town (which is not often). It has its own side entrance meaning you won’t even know we are there. But if you need help I am always available on the phone. We also rent rooms on an individual basis, when we are in the home. Contact me for rates. Prior to leaving place all dirty laundry in the laundry room and start the first load of sheets if time allows, empty all trash, (usable food can remain) and stack and start the dishwasher if full.
