Guest access 🔑 Guest Access Guests will have full, private access to the entire tiny home during their stay — including the king bedroom, loft sleeping area, bathroom, full kitchen, screened-in porch, and all outdoor spaces. You’ll also have exclusive use of the entire property, perfect for unwinding, exploring, and maybe even spotting Bigfoot in the wild. For your convenience, the home features a smart lock with keyless entry. You’ll receive a personalized code before check-in — no need to meet anyone or coordinate arrival times. Just show up, punch in your code, and start relaxing. Other things to note 🐜 Other Things to Note This is a true country getaway surrounded by woods, fields, and nature — which means the occasional bug, critter, or crawler may find its way near or into the home, especially if doors or windows are left open. While we do our best to prevent unwanted guests, please know that this is part of the charm (and reality!) of staying in the great outdoors. Most critters are completely harmless, and we provide pest control regularly to help keep things comfortable. As such, no refunds will be issued due to encounters with insects or wildlife, just as you wouldn’t expect a refund for sand at the beach or snow in the mountains. We encourage guests to pack a sense of adventure — and maybe some bug spray — and enjoy the full Hamsetring Hollow experience!
