CASA BENINCASA is a typical Tuscan house called "casa colonica", that is to say "peasant’s house" located in the countryside about 3 kms from the historic center . It is a small house that has been renovated keeping the original features with a panoramic view of exeption. It does not claim to be a luxury home but will offer you a living experience in the simplicity of the beautiful Tuscan countryside! The house has on the ground floor an entrance, a full bathroom, a small dining area, a living room with fireplace and oven, a kitchen. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (one with bed of 140, one with bed of 160 and one with two beds of 90) and two bathrooms . The house has several outdoor spaces including a beautiful panoramic terrace. Tables, deckchairs, hammocks and sofas are there to welcome you. A fully equipped laundry room remains at your disposal as well as parking for 4 cars. Your pets are welcome but on your responsibility because the property of a hectare and a half, is not fenced.
