Bliss Royale is situated on the 4th storey of a gated apartment block that overlooks the Bhimashankar Hills. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire unit, including the balcony. The property is part of a secure gated community with ample parking and shared pathways. While the neighbourhood is residential, your unit is fully private and designed for an undisturbed stay. Important: As per local regulations and for safety reasons, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests. Please share clear copies of the IDs immediately after booking is confirmed. This is mandatory for check-in and must be completed in advance. Other things to note 1. Occasional power cuts may occur in Karjat, but an inverter backup is available for basic lighting and fans. Please note that the AC and heavy kitchen appliances will not work on the inverter. 2. Since meals are not included with the stay, I do not take any responsibility of the quality of food served/delivered by any restaurant. I merely guide all the guest to the available local options. 3. Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof for entry at the main gate. 5. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony area. 6. Please treat the space with care - It's a passion project we have created with love. 7. Swiggy/Zomato food delivery services are unavailable to the property. 8. Uber/Ola local rides are also unavailable. Uber (Intercity) does ply sometimes.
