The space This apartment is ideal for digital nomads and guests seeking a workation stay while enjoying the Shonan area. It offers a professional work setup in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate work area, approximately 30㎡ in size, and accommodates up to two guests. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and calm environment during the day. The work room is equipped with a sit-stand desk, office chair with footrest, and an external monitor, providing a dedicated and ergonomic workspace. The height-adjustable desk allows both seated and standing positions, helping reduce fatigue during long work sessions. The 43-inch TV on casters can also be used as an external display for a laptop. This setup is well suited for guests who value productivity. The TV can be moved and viewed from the bedroom as well. There are no shared spaces inside the unit—no interaction or space is shared with other guests or the host. Please note that any storage marked “STAFF ONLY” is locked and not available for guest use. Other things to note Our property is located along a national road, so you may occasionally hear traffic noise. To help ensure a comfortable stay, we have implemented the following soundproofing measures: （1）Interior Soundproof Windows Installed 　We have added interior soundproof windows to reduce external noise. （2）Earplugs Provided 　For guests who prefer a quieter environment, earplugs are available. Please check the linen rack for your set. 【Cleaning and Linen Policy】 During your stay, there will be no cleaning service provided. Cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner are available in the room, so please clean as needed. Additionally, linen (sheets and towels) will not be replaced during your stay. Please use the in-room washing machine to wash and reuse them as necessary. 【Regarding Replenishment of Consumable Items】 We provide an adequate amount of consumable items—such as toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, and garbage bags—based on the number of guests and the length of stay. However, for longer stays or in cases where these items are used up, we kindly ask guests to purchase and replenish them on their own. 【Regarding the Surrounding Environment】 During your stay, there may be external factors such as construction noise, sounds from neighboring residents' daily lives, or temporary odors from the surrounding area. As these factors are beyond our control, our facility cannot offer refunds or discounts due to such circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding before making your reservation.
