Check-in / Check-out Check-in: 01:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM (We can offer early check-in/late checkout based on availability.) 2. No Parties or Loud Music This is a peaceful residential area. 3. No Smoking Inside the Home You may smoke only on the balcony — please use the ashtray provided. 4. Visitors: Not allowed without prior approval. If approved, we need a valid ID for the visitor and they must leave by 10 PM. Unregistered guests will be charged ₹300 per guest. If you expect visitors, please inform us in advance. 5. Kitchen Use- Feel free to use the kitchen. Keep it clean and wash used dishes before checkout. 6. Respect the Neighborhood Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. 7. Damage / Missing Items- Please report any damage immediately so we can fix it quickly for the next guest. 8. Strictly no noise after 11 PM. Any loud music, parties, or disturbance may lead to immediate action or cancellation of stay. Guest access Hi, just a quick reminder that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. You’re welcome to use the balcony. Please note that any burn damage (especially on sofas or furnishings) will lead to a penalty charge. We request your cooperation in maintaining the space "No drinking in parking lots" Located on the third floor, offering great light and ventilation. Power cuts in the area are very rare. However, for your comfort, the property is equipped with a power backup/inverter system. During a power outage, essentials such as lights, fans, and Wi-Fi will continue to work smoothly. Please note that high-power appliances like the AC and geysers will not function on backup power. Since the property is located in Dehradun, you may experience pleasant weather changes, especially during the rainy season.
