Perfect for slow mornings, barefoot walks, and curling up with a book. Our rustic cottages tucked inside a boutique coffee estate-simple, earthy and beautifully uncomplicated. We pride ourself by offering entire premises exclusive only to one group at a time, that means you have entire place to yourself & do not need to share premises with unknown people The space Room by room amenities- • Covered Veranda is equipped with- Dining table | Wash basin | WIFI Note- Considering that we are a cottage stay and not a bunglow/farmhouse. We do not have a hall/drawing room space. • Kitchen is equipped with- For selfcooking- Microwave | Gas burner | Water filter | Refrigerator | Basic spices in jars | Washing machine and all basic utensils for cooking. It is suitable for 2 adults on bed and 2 adults on roll over mattress. • Bedroom No. 03 ( ARABICA COTTAGE ) is equipped with- AC | WIFI | A king size bed| Duvet | Dressing table | Wardrobe | Attached bathroom with gas geyser and toilet | Roll over mattress. It is suitable for 2 adults on bed and 2 adults on roll over mattress. The kitchen also has a dry balcony with washing machine in case you need to do laundry. - Smart TVs in all rooms - Three bedrooms having luxurious King size beds, Duvets and a closet in bedroom for storage of your clothes. The bathrooms have towels & toiletries. - A private garden area view perfect to enjoy the sunset. - An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights and charging points in case of a power outage. - The apartment also has clothes drying stand and an iron with ironing board. Other things to note - HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Housekeeping includes cleaning of the cottages once a day. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request after every 3 nights. - POWER SUPPLY • Please note that cottages are located in a coffee estate and not in hotel . It is equipped with standard power supplied by local governing body just like in any village/town/city residential home of our country. Therefore there might be power failures/ load shedding in the neighborhood time to time. Host is not liable for refunds due to power failures of such kinds and only responsible for uninterpreted power supply from governing body to cottages. In the case of power failure, power backup facility ( Invertor ) is provided to support lights, fan, charging plug points which shall last for 3 hours depending on use. Please note that AC, WIFI, washing and Oven is not included in power backup. Geyser is operated by Gas therefore it shall be operational. - WIFI Wifi service is provided by external service provided just like any other household therefore there are chances of interruption due to technical reasons . Host shall coordinate with agency but cannot guarantee resuming of service as per guests demand.
