This private one-bedroom suite is tucked behind a gated entrance, offering a perfect blend of comfort and quiet relaxation. There's a cozy living area, a bedroom, full bathroom, and a small kitchenette. Enjoy plenty of shaded street parking right in front of the guest house under mature trees. We are just a 3–4 minute drive into downtown Danville where you'll find many shops, cafes, restaurants and walking trails etc. The space New updated guest house on a quiet street with plenty of street parking available. One private bedroom and a quaint living room with futon that folds down flat. Beautiful renovated full bathroom. Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, electric cooktop, ice maker, hot water kettle and microwave/toaster oven. Guest access Entrance to guest house is through a pedestrian gate with code access. The main house is occupied by my family and is not part of the airbnb. Please do not disturb main house or use the backyard. Guest house is at the front of the property directly on your left upon entering the gate. Other things to note Fresh linens and towels will be provided at check-in for the designated number of guests listed on the reservation. During your stay, you’ll be given a new set of towels for stays longer than one week if needed. While there isn’t a washer or dryer on the property, there are a few convenient options nearby: Wash-and-fold service: "Rinse" offers pickup and delivery from the front door — same-day or next-day return is available. "Martinizing Cleaners" is another excellent pick up/delivery laundry service close by that you can use if needed for laundry during your stay. Laundromats: There are coin-operated laundromats about 15 minutes away by car. If you'd prefer, I also offer a biweekly linen refresh service (fresh sheets and towels delivered) for an additional fee of $20 for longer stays.
