The accommodation is located in a beautiful sunny place, surrounded by pine and oak forests, and large bodies of water suitable for swimming, water sports and fishing. The land in the northern part is crossed by the Elbe Cycling Trail with ideal access to Roudnice nad Labem, Štětí, Litoměřice, Doks, Mělník and Prague, the southern side where the building is situated is adjacent to the Artificial Rowing Canal Labe Arena, which is the largest point of interest in the area. The space The rooms have 3-meter-high ceilings and 2.5-meter-high windows, which gives the guests a feeling of direct contact with nature and the airiness of the rooms, which is highlighted by the use of light colors and minimalist equipment. The building includes a bistro, which is mostly in operation during the season. In the basement, which is partially recessed into the terrain, there is a KuK Chill grill bar. The space with a capacity of 60 people and a garden with a capacity of 50 people, which is fully equipped with professional sound and lighting, a bar, a kitchen, a fireplace and is suitable for parties, weddings, meetings or work training all year round. The entire basement is designed in the style of a beach bar, whose south-facing wall can be opened in the size of 3 x 12m and thus connect the outdoor sandy beach with the industrially functional space of the bar interior. The building is therefore suitable not only for sports enthusiasts, but also for people who like to have fun with friends with good music, food and drinks. The basement and bistro are open to the public during the season. The basement with the lower garden can be rented only for yourself (we will send the price list on request). If you are interested in renting it for yourself, it is necessary to contact us at least 7 days before arrival, or even earlier, because there is a lot of interest in the basement and it is also booked by people outside the accommodation. KuK crew Guest access The upper and lower garden, bistro, club bar (basement) are open to the public. They can, however, be reserved for private groups. Other things to note Renting a club bar is paid to the host on the spot. The usual price of renting a club bar for guests is 3000 - 5000,- CZK according to the variant for 24 hours. Rental of the club bar must be arranged at the time of booking.
