The accommodation is located in a beautiful sunny place, surrounded by pine woods, and vast water areas suitable for swimming, water sports and fishing. The land in the northern part of the walk Labská bicycle path with an ideal access to Roudnice nad Labem , Štětí, Litoměřice, Doks, Mělník and Prague, the southern side where the building is located adjoins the Artificial Rowing Canal Elbe Arena, which is the area's biggest point of interest. The space The rooms have 3 meters high ceilings and 2.5 m high windows, which gives the guests a sense of direct contact with nature and the rooms airiness, which is highlighted by the use of light colors and minimalist equipment. The building has a bistro that's mostly in high season. In the basement, which is partially embedded in the terrain, there is a KuK Chill grill bar. The space with a capacity of 60 people and a garden with a capacity of 50 people, which is fully equipped with professional sound and lighting , a bar, a kitchen, a fireplace and is suitable for organizing parties, weddings, meetings or work training all year round. The entire basement is designed in the style of a beach bar, whose wall facing south can be opened in the size of 3 x 12m and thus connect the outdoor sandy beach with the industrially functional space of the interior of the bar. The building is therefore suitable not only for sports enthusiasts, but also for people who like to have fun with friends over good music, food and drinks. The basement and bistro are open to the public during the season. The basement with the lower garden can only be rented for yourself (we will send the price list upon request). Interest in renting only for yourself is necessary to deal with us at least 7 days before arrival, or even earlier, because there is a lot of interest in the basement and is usually booked by people outside the accommodation. KuK crew Guest access Horni and lower garden, bistro, club bar(basement), tend to be open to the public. They can, but be booked for private groups. Other things to note Club bar rental is paid to the host on site. The regular price of renting a club bar for guests is 3000 - 5000,- CZK according to the variant per 24 hours. Renting a club bar must be arranged upon booking.
