Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a cosy and comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing. Below, carved into the stone, is a fully equipped kitchen: microwave/grill combination, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, full set of crockery, as well as everyday essentials (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, etc.). Dolce Gusto capsules are only provided on your welcome tray. **Sleeping area on the mezzanine** Going up the stairs, you reach an open mezzanine that leads to the sleeping area and the balcony. The comfortable double bed is visually shielded by blackout curtains, creating an intimate and calming cocoon, perfect for restful nights. **Balcony** The private balcony, furnished and decorated, offers you a real haven of privacy. It is not allowed to park, settle in or eat a meal there. Other things to note The property is completely non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony only. An ashtray is available for this purpose. A security camera is installed outside the property and only films the area in front of the front door. Its sole purpose is to prevent intrusion attempts and to verify compliance with the number of travellers declared. No cameras are present inside the accommodation and no private areas are filmed.
