Adjustable up to 7 speeds via remote control, they keep rooms pleasantly cool and ventilated, ensuring a regenerating sleep even in the hottest Summer months (much appreciated by our guests!). ​ Maximum Capacity and Bed Configuration The place sleeps up to 4 guests, with a maximum of 2 adults. The bed configuration is not suitable for groups of 3 or 4 adults. It is, however, perfect: up to 2 adults; 2 adults and 2 children; 2 adults and 1 child. Please keep the French door closed while smoking outside. ​Energy Saving: Out of respect for the environment and for safety reasons, we kindly ask you to turn off the lights and the fan/heater every time you leave the apartment and permanently at check-out. ​Unregistered Guests: For public safety reasons (Police Department), no outside parties not included in the booking may enter the house, even for short visits, without the Host's prior authorization. ​Respect for the Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise and keep your tone of voice moderate, especially at night (from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am) and during the afternoon quiet period, out of respect for your neighbors. ​Kitchen and Cleaning: Please leave the stovetop clean and tidy. Please do not leave dirty dishes, plates, or baking trays in the sink or in the oven. In case of non-compliance, an extra cleaning fee of €40 will be charged ​Waste: We kindly ask you to separate your trash using the designated bags provided and to leave them neatly on the balcony. In addition, it is prohibited to dispose of food scraps or grease down the kitchen sink to prevent clogging. ​Damage and Care of Furnishings: Please take care of the furniture and textiles (sofa, beds, linens). In the event of stubborn stains or damage to the furnishings, we kindly ask that you report this promptly.
