It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries after a busy day of memories at Disneyland Paris, or to enjoy an incredible shopping experience at the Val d'Europe shopping center (La vallée village). Close to the A4 freeway for quick access to Paris in 35 min or Disney in 10 min. 🔍 Description: - 1st bedroom with 160 cm bed (160x200 pocket-spring mattress - HR foam - 19 cm thick, purchased in June 2025), closet, waxed parquet floor, desk and ethernet socket for optimum working comfort; - Second bedroom (two pull-out beds measuring 90x200 cm (single bed with detachable pull-out bed), storage furniture, waxed parquet flooring, rear projector, DVD player, and a collection of 27 films); ideal for four children or two adults, or even four adults. - Large living room with open kitchen (sofa with cushions, smart TV, extendable table for 2/6 people with these 6 chairs); - Fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle); - Bathroom with towel dryer and toilet (bath towels and Babyliss hair dryer available); 🥳 BATH TOWELS AND BED LINEN ARE PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
