Tall ceilings and large windows give this suite a bright spacious feeling. Blackout blinds for night shift workers. Individual thermostat controlled heaters in each room makes for comfortable living. Memory foam queen bed with white cotton sheets and duvet for great sleeping. Need an office, we have that too, with a computer desk and chair. Kitchenette is fully stocked (from spices to non stick spray), NO OVEN. Easy key pad check-in with hosts on-site to help with your needs. The space Separate Entrance Private Suite with bedroom, living room, office, bathroom, laundry, kitchenette. Bedroom has a memory foam queen bed with white cotton linens that are laundered and changed each week of your stay (included in the price). Bed side tables have power for charging. Living room has a Roku TV and a very comfortable recliner loveseat. There are board games for those who prefer. Kitchenette comes stocked with dishwasher and tabs, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, rice cooker, and air fryer (no oven) and all necessary dishes and cutlery, some spices, coffee and tea (at no additional charge). Bathroom has white cotton towels, hair dryer. Laundry has washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry soap. NOTE: part of the bathroom, laundry area, and office have lower ceilings than the rest of the suite (6’7”) Wifi included. Off street parking. Bike storage. Close to bus stops. 3 minute drive to downtown and hospital. **Strict - No Smoking and No Pets. Due to severe allergies we cannot even accommodate emotional support animals that are cats, rabbits, or guinea pigs. Guest access Access the suite through a private entrance around the back. Dedicated parking. Small outdoor space that is yours to use as well. Other things to note We are relatively quiet. No parties. No extra guests without permission. Quiet time is 11 pm - 7 am.
