Disconnect from the fast pace of life and just enjoy the serenity of the country. You're only a few km's from the town of Nannup and the walking trails are at the top of the street. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space is modern and has everything you need for a great holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen and all linen supplied. The space Welcome to Brodie's Farm! We've got 5 acres just 3.5km out of the beautiful south west town of Nannup. We're still in the process of establishing our property so feel free to wander around and explore. Be sure to lift your eyes and admire the view beyond - it is gorgeous! You'll have your own private, lockable suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is an ensuite to bedroom 1), kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry and porch. Your space on the front porch is dedicated for you and there are other spaces that us (the host family) will use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including full-sized fridge, drinks fridge, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, all utensils and a few kitchen essentials including coffee, tea, sugar, spices, oil and vinegar. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and is like it's own little apartment. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ample storage for your holiday gear. Bedroom 3 can be setup with either 2 single beds or 1 king bed. Again, with ample wardrobe storage space. There is a table and chairs in the dining area if you need to get some work done while you're here. We've also got satellite WiFi you can connect to. We supply all towels, linen and bathroom products, so all you really need to bring is your food, clothes and sense of fun. You'll be comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning in every room, high ceilings and double-glazed windows and doors. We have a firepit in front of your suite. If you'd like to use it, please bring firewood and fire lighters. The firepit can't be used during the summer months. If you're not sure, please ask. We have 5 acres to explore and please mind your step on the uneven ground and be on the lookout for kangaroos, emus and birdlife. We're just a short walk or ride to the trails, which can take you to town via the Old Timberline Trail or through the forest via the Kondil Wildflower Walks. You'll share the 5 acre property with us (family of 3) and maybe our other guests. Guest access You'll have your own private, self-contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with lounge, dining and kitchen. On the front porch you have your own dedicated space and we, the hosting family of 3, have our own space further along. The entrance is via your private laundry. Other things to note Remember, Nannup is a small town (which is why we love it), so it doesn't have all the amenities of a big city. There's no taxi service and the shops aren't open late.
