Relax in the cozy Sheoak Cottage at Brodie's Farm

You can't help but feel relaxed when you wake up, open the curtains and see the stunning views beyond. The sounds in the air are of birdsong and kangaroos grazing. You'll feel like you're in your own little world with a cozy front garden to relax at any time of the day or night but you're only a few km's from town and walking trails are at the top of the street. Our tiny home is modern and has everything you need for a great holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen and all linen supplied. The space Welcome to Brodie's Farm! We've got 5 acres just 3.5km out of the beautiful south west town of Nannup. Brodie's Farm is named for our sweet daughter and we hope you'll enjoy the place as much as she does. You'll have your own open plan tiny home with sleeping space, private bathroom, lounge. kitchen, two dining spaces inside and front porch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including full-sized fridge, gas stove and oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, all utensils and a few kitchen essentials including coffee pods, tea, sugar, spices, oil and vinegar. The bed is a queen in the open plan space. It has room for your suitcase underneath, wall hooks for shirts and coats and a luggage bench for anything else. There is also a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people (between queen and double bed size). There are 2 sets of table and chairs if you need to get some work done while you're here. We've also got satellite WiFi you can connect to. We supply all towels, linen and bathroom products, so all you really need to bring is your food, clothes and sense of fun. You'll be comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning, high ceilings and double-glazed doors. We have 5 acres to explore and please mind your step on the uneven ground and be on the lookout for kangaroos, emus and birdlife. We're just a short walk or ride to the trails, which can take you to town via the Old Timberline Trail or through the forest via the Kondil Wildflower Walk. You'll share the 5 acre property with us (family of 3) and maybe our other guests. I hope you've got lots of space on your device for photo's because the views really are stunning! Guest access You'll have your own private, self-contained tiny home with bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen. The cozy front porch is perfect for star gazing and enjoying the view. You have your own dedicated parking space and will share the 5 acre property with us, the hosting family of 3, and possibly other guests staying on the property. Other things to note Remember, Nannup is a small town (which is why we love it), so it doesn't have all the amenities of a big city. There's no taxi service and the shops aren't open late.
