Bus line 90 to Ospedale Bellaria and the historic center of Bologna. Under the house, a commercial courtyard with: restaurant, bar, pizzeria, convenience store, tobacconist... At check-in (3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.), an identity document and a cash accommodation tax of €1.50 (max €2.50) per day are required. Check-out at 10 a.m. The space The apartment is on the third floor of a building in a residential area. It consists of two bedrooms: one for guests, one for the owner, a bathroom with shower, a large living area consisting of a kitchenette, a room with a dining table and a reading/TV area. Two balconies: one for laundry use and one used as a tea room and greenhouse for plants. Guest access The guest will have access to the living room, the kitchen for small things (use of the refrigerator, microwave to heat, tea...), the balconies and the condominium garden. You will have the option to park your bike in the garage. If you need to use the washing machine, the cost is 3 euros. Other things to note TO REACH THE B&B From the Central Station you can take the train to San Lazzaro di Savena (8 minutes), in this case I could come and pick you up by car (the station is 2.5 km from the house) or From the bus station (near the central station), you can take bus line 101 towards San Lazzaro di Savena, and get off at the Cicogna stop (which is 500 m from the house). By car, from the San Lazzaro di Savena highway exit, the B&B can be reached in 7 minutes (3.9 km). Free parking under the house. OTHER DESTINATIONS The center of Bologna is 8 km away and can be reached by bus line 90 in 30 minutes. The G.E.S.E. (Emiliano Equestrian Sports Group) is 2.5 km away and can be easily reached in half an hour's walk.
