Renovated and in very good condition (classified ***), the house "Les Champs-Élysées" can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Located in Haute-Normandie, on the banks of the Veules, on the pleasant path of the Champs-Elysées which leads on foot to the beach of Veules-les-Roses. Ideal for resting and having a good time, it is also well suited for combining rest and telework. Veules-les-Roses is classified as "the beautiful villages of France". The space Ground floor: entrance, living room with TV, DVD player and phone, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet with sink. On the first floor, landing leading to bedroom 1 (double bed 190 x 140 cm, wardrobes and desk), bedroom 2 (2 single beds 190 x 90 cm, wardrobe and dresser, possibility of redevelopment into double bed 190 x 180 cm, with a mattress topper for more comfort), and the bathroom (shower cubicle and sink). Garden with terrace, table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue, sun loungers and deckchairs, accessible through the kitchen and also directly from the street. Possibility to store bicycles, strollers and beach equipment in the garden directly from the street. Baby amenities available on request: classic crib 120 x 60 cm (extra 50 euros), highchair, baby bath with support deckchair. The beds are equipped with mattress protector, and we provide sheets, towels, hand towels, hand towels, aprons and kitchen towels, and table towels. The mattresses were renewed in both bedrooms in December 2021 and are of good quality. The house is well heated (city gas central heating) and also has a Godin wood stove (usable with prior agreement). Very high speed fiber optic internet connection is available (wifi and ethernet). Parking: Several areas are available free of charge in the village to park your car. You can usually also park for free on one of the streets in the immediate vicinity of the house. It is also quite possible to park a motorcycle just in front of the house. The house is non-smoking, and we don't accept pets. Rates are automatically reduced by 10%, 15% , 20% or 30% from stays of one, two, three or four weeks respectively. For longer stay, professional nature, or associated for example with periods of remote working, combined or not with holidays, an adapted flat rate may be offered. A desk allows remote work in the room, and a PC monitor can be made available on request. Other things to note Surcharge in case of arrival after 21 hours: 50€
