Renovated and in very good condition (rated ***), the house "Les Champs-Élysées" can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Located in Haute-Normandie, on the banks of the Veules, on the pleasant Chemin des Champs-Élysées, which leads on foot to the beach of Veules-les-Roses. Ideal for relaxing and having a good time. Also well suited for combining rest and teleworking. Village ranked among "the beautiful villages of France". Accessible by train + bus via Dieppe: timetables available upon request. The space Ground floor: entrance, living room with TV, DVD player and phone, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet with sink. On the first floor, a landing leads to bedroom 1 (double bed 190 x 140 cm, closets, and desk), bedroom 2 (2 single beds 190 x 90 cm, closet, and dresser, with the possibility of converting to a double bed 190 x 180 cm, with a mattress topper for added comfort), and the shower room (shower stall and sink). Garden with terrace, table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue, lounge chairs and deck chairs, accessible from the kitchen and also directly from the street. Bicycles, strollers and beach equipment can be stored in the garden directly from the street. Baby amenities available on request: classic crib 120 x 60 cm (extra 50 euros), highchair, baby bath with support deckchair. The beds are fitted with mattress protectors, and we provide sheets, bath towels, hand towels, apron, kitchen towels, and napkins. The mattresses were renewed in both bedrooms in December 2021 and are of good quality. The house is well heated (central heating with city gas) and also has a Godin wood-burning stove (usable with prior agreement). Very high speed fiber optic internet is available (wifi and ethernet). Parking: Several areas are available free of charge in the village to park your car. You can usually also park for free on one of the streets in the immediate vicinity of the house. It is also quite possible to park a motorcycle right in front of the house. The house is non-smoking, and we do not allow pets. Rates are automatically reduced by 10%, 15%, 20% or 30% for stays of one, two, three or four weeks, respectively. For long-term stays, business trips, or stays associated with periods of remote work, for example, whether combined with a vacation or not, a suitable flat rate may be offered. A desk allows you to work remotely in the room, and a PC monitor can be provided on request. In the village, there is a pharmacy, a bakery, two grocery stores, and many restaurants. The weekly market, held every Wednesday morning, allows you to stock up on fresh produce from numerous local producers.
