A second common area with lots of windows offers a peaceful view of the trees outside. A perfect reading nook or quiet hangout for the adults while the kids play. Nice Sandy Beach is just a short 2 minute around the corner from the cottage. Other things to note Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. 2 Dogs Allowed, but must sign separate pet addendum Max 4 vehicles Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera. Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund.
