Other things to note To preserve the peaceful environment: • No smoking in the guesthouse • Pets are welcome with care and supervision - Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse, $450 fee for breaking this rule. - No parties or large gatherings unless approved by host. - Please make sure pets stay off beds and furniture. If excess pet hair is found on furniture or bed linen then an EXTRA cleaning fee may apply. Pets must not be left unattended and in a kennel when you are sleeping or not in the home. If you need a crate, one can be provided upon request. - Check out is at 10AM unless a late check out is approved by host, late check out fees may apply. - Cleaning fee covers basic cleaning, any extra cleaning may result in extra fees. Please leave the home in the same condition you found it if not better.
