This queen-sized bedroom in our historic 1929 apartment building located in the Delmar Loop. When past presidents came to St. Louis, they made their destination the Delmar Loop, for a reason. The Delmar Loop has a historic functioning historic trolley, adjacent to Forest Park, rated the best urban park in the USA. The top retail shops, Washington University, and the best music and entertainment venues. Only persons over 18 allowed. Locals only with our approval. The Delmar Loop is a historic "trolley suburb", with a functioning historic trolley, located adjacent to Forest Park, rated the best urban park in the nation. The top boutique retail shops, restaurants, Washington University, and the best music and entertainment venues in the metro area are all located here. Guest access You will have access to the apartment building through the main entrance and stairwell in the front of the apartment building, which leads up to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. You will have your own personal key to your room, and a personal code to access the building and the apartment your room is in. it is generated automatically at 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Washers and dryers are located in the basement and are available to guests between 3 pm to 7 pm. Other things to note This room has 2-person max occupancy. This is a standard queen-sized bed. This is a rental of a single bedroom with a kitchen, living, dining, and bathroom shared with the travelers in 3 other rooms in the 3rd floor apartment. No local guests. If you plan to self-check in, you should provide a photocopy of your driver's license ID, passport ID, or visa ID the day prior to arrival via the messenger app. Any other form of identification is not guaranteed to be accepted by host and you should message the host asking if host will accept alternative form of identification. No self check in instructions or code will be sent and no self check in will be available if guest has not provided a copy of ID the day prior to scheduled check in. Any guest who arrives for their stay and cannot present a valid form of ID as defined by the list above will have their reservation canceled by AirBnB on behalf of the guest and the cancelation policy will apply and there will be no refunds. If a guest has not arrived by the scheduled check in time or before the listed check in end time of 8pm and who has not made prior agreement with the host for a late check in with a written response from the Host through the AirBnB app accepting late check in and specifying the time of late check in, such guest shall have their reservation canceled by AirBnB on behalf of guest and the cancelation policy will apply and there will be no refunds. Hot Tub rules are determined at the discretion of the host, who may add rules at any time governing hot tub use, which are immediately enforceable. The hot tub must remain locked at all times during your stay when not in use. The hot tub may only be used is a valid request for its use is made and approved by the host. Your room reservation is not a request to use the hot tub, and you should inquire with the host directly at least 1 day before your stay to schedule your hot tub use. While we try to ensure the hot tub is available for guests upon reservation on a first-come, first-served basis, and most guests have as much time as they desire during reasonable business hours, guests are not guaranteed any time in the hot tub, and must leave the hot tub upon request of the host for any reason. All hot tub use must be scheduled ahead of time with the host, who has sole discretion to approve this use. Your Reservation Constitutes Approval for Specific Upcharges in the Resolution Center for the following special services, if you use them: 1. If you complete your intitial, first check in to the host's building between 8pm and midnight, as proven by digital lock record, ring cam, or message with the host or cleaning staff, you give permission to AirBnB and the host to approve on your behalf a charge for $5 in the Resolution Center for a "late night check-in fee". If you complete your initial, first check in to the room after midnight, as proven by digital lock record, ring cam, or message with the host or cleaning staff, you give permission to AirBnB and the host to approve on your behalf a charge for $10 in the Resolution Center for a "after midnight check-in fee". This allows us to pay for the cleaner to be awake and on-site at late hours to help ensure a smooth check-in for all guests. 3. If you check out late without prior, written permission from the host, you give permission to the host and AirBnB to approve on your behalf a charge for $10 if you check out after noon, and the cost of the next guest's reservation if you check out after 1pm, in the Resolution Center. 4. Any late night use of the hot tub after 8pm until 930am will require a $10 fee per 30 minutes of use, and if you use or schedule the hot tub during these hours, you give permission to the host and AirBnB to approve on your behalf a charge for $10 per 30 minutes of your use of the hot tub between the late night hours of 8pm to 930am in the Resolution Center. Please follow all house rules, and your stay will be a comfortable and enjoyable one!
