Cozy two-room apartment with sea view in the Tucano, 200 meters from the sea and close to Le Castella. Ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation, nature and culture. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, bathroom, parking and access to the summer services of the village, included in the price. From June 15 to September 15, you can take advantage of the beach, in the largest protected marine area in Italy. In July and August, swimming pools and entertainment will be available, with evening shows. The space The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. It has a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a balcony with a deck chair and a sunshade. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, tablecloths and basic breakfast products. In the bedroom and bathroom you will find towels, soap, shampoo, body wash and extra blankets. Ideal for relaxing and practical stays, in a quiet setting surrounded by nature. Guest access Self access via video guide and key collection. In summer (07/01–08/30), check-in at the village administration is required to obtain the service card, with an identity document. The entrance barrier opens automatically with license plate recognition (to be communicated before arrival) or with manual registration at the entrance. Private parking available. Other things to note The apartment is located in the Tucano Village, which offers numerous summer services: swimming pools, private beach, entertainment, shows, sports fields (available from 07/01 to 08/30). Wi-Fi is available throughout the village, even though it is a place designed to disconnect from everyday stress. The accommodation tax (€1.50/night per person, excluding under 10s and over 70s) must be paid in cash. Separate collection must be carried out and delivered just outside the entrance.
