Urondo Barri House (Holiday House in Erandio near Bilbao)

Casa Urondonbarri is an independent duplex house in a Basque farmhouse from 1936. With direct exit to the garden, and free public parking outside The house has been completely renovated in April 2018. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs, coffee maker, juicer, toaster and all necessary utensils. Large dining table with a capacity of 6 to 10 people. The stay continues with a lounge area equipped with 2 large sofas, one of them a double sofa bed of 160, coffee tables and a 37-inch flat-screen television. The ground floor also has a room with a double bed of 150 and side tables and a wardrobe. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen-living room area has two windows and a velux that give it great lighting, the room and bathroom are superbly lit with a velux in each room. The upper floor has two attic rooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The first of the rooms is equipped with two 90 beds and side tables and a window to the outside. The second room has 2 beds of 90 and a mezzanine where there is a third bed of 90 suitable for children or adolescents, it also has side tables, wardrobe and is perfectly illuminated by a window to the outside and two windows to the stair area of the living place. The two floors are connected by a staircase magnificently illuminated by a velux.
