The 2 bedrooms in this listing are in the upstairs of the house with living areas downstairs. This is a large 6 bedrooms home and this listing is for 2 of the upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed and a full bathroom for your exclusive use. Beds are of excellent quality and are very comfortable. I also have another king room (also in the upstairs) with its own ensuite in a separate listing so please be aware there may be one or two other guests staying at the same time. During your stay I live in the downstairs part of the property. I encourage all my guests to make themselves completely at home. Welcome to cook meals, hang out in the downstairs shared living spaces, watch TV and relax. I do ask that quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are observed especially Monday to Friday. I am always excited and happy to meet new people, offer advice and local knowledge on things to do in Rotorua and the surrounding area. Other things to note The local fire station is just around the corner from our house so you might hear sirens from time to time. Important to mention our property is not fenced and there is free access to the stream which is important for families with young children to note.
