Cozy guest-room in a beautiful historic 140 years old house located in the heart of charming Jenkintown, just outside of Philadelphia. Walking distance to local restaurants, hospitals, universities, shopping and public transport. Whether you visit for sightseeing, work, family, hospital, concert or simply exploring the area, this is a convenient place to stay. If you prefer a place with a character over a basic hotel room, this peaceful home offers a quiet place to unwind during your visit. The space Guest Room in the house. I’ll text you the instructions how to enter the house Your bedroom is in the 3 floor, you will share bathroom with one person. You are welcome to use the living room, kitchen (electric kettle, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, air frier); front porch, backyard. Laundry room is on the first floor - you may wash your clothes, $5 per load. Please keep in mind that I live in this house and take care of it. I welcome and appreciate guests who respect me and the property, and follow the rules. During your stay I enjoy chatting with my guests, especially when I’m not too busy with my work. However, I work from home and I’m often preoccupied with my job responsibilities, so sometimes I simply can’t engage in conversations. Other things to note This home is best suited for guests who enjoy a peaceful, respectful, and quiet environment. It’s a guest-room in my home. Your bedroom is private, other spaces are shared. The room can accommodate up to 3 people: full(double) bed and a twin folding bed. • Quiet hours: 9 PM – 9 AM • No smoking, vaping, marijuana, parties, or drug use anywhere on the property. I reserve a right to ask you to leave immediately if I discover an evidence of smoking indoors. • Please clean up shared spaces after use and treat the home with care • Kindly avoid leaving personal belongings in shared/common areas.
