Guest-room in my house. Two beds: a full size bed and a pullout twin loveseat. Bed and Breakfast atmosphere: peaceful, quiet, hotel quality pillows and sheets, comfortable bed, light-blocking shades, smart TV, closet, dresser; mini-fridge at your request. Walking distance to local shopping, bagel cafe, coffee shop, restaurants, public transport (train station, bus). Your friendly host will make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay! Shared bathroom common space Guest access Your bedroom, shared bathroom, shared living room, kitchen (electric kettle, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, air frier); front porch, backyard. Laundry room at your request, $5 per load. Please keep in mind that I live in this house and take care of it. I welcome and appreciate guests who follow the rules and respect me and the property. Other things to note - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO MARIHUANA, NO DRUGS, NO EXCESSIVE DRINKING; NO PARTYING IN MY HOUSE. No additional guests, unless you coordinate with me. If you break these rules, I’ll ask you to leave immediately, no refund. -Please keep in mind that I’m sharing this home with you. Please be respectful to the property and to other guests. - Please keep the quiet time: 9PM- 8AM. If I have a guest who works night shifts, I’ll ask you to keep quiet during the day, as well. - If you need to wash clothes: please let me know. One wash load per stay is reasonable. If you need more, $5.00 charge per load. - Light cooking is okay (microwave, air frier, kettle, coffee maker). If you need my oven or gas stove: please communicate with me first, so our plans for cooking don’t overlap. - Please wash dishes after yourself. - Please don’t use any products/toiletries from the bathroom cabinets and medicine cabinet. It’s my personal property. I provide bath towels. The toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available and can be found on the open shelf in the shower area. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything else, such as iron, hairdryer, etc.
